I acquired this villa in July 2023, previously called "Villa Ginevra" and renamed "Villa Sabbia d'Oro" (because of the wonderful beaches nearby which are reputed to be among the most beautiful in Sardinia). My family and I occupy it for a few weeks each year and we have refurbished it as if it were our holiday home. You'll find all the amenities that other holiday home owners don't necessarily think about. When we're not occupying it, we'll make it available to you for, I'm sure, your greatest pleasure.
